Ring a bell?

Are you kidding me?

Christmas is a holiday everybody celebrates, Christian or not. Atheists have Christmas trees; we all sit down to a nice big meal on Christmas night. It's hardly about Christ's birth any more.

Moreover, there are a TON of Christian gay men and Christian lesbians and Christian bisexuals and Christian transgenders. Basically, you can be Christian and gay, bud.

P.S.- there's such thing as Behind Day? Hallelujah! I'm a gal, but I can't wait to celebrate it.

Yes, gay guys celebrate Christmas. In fact, gays throw the best xmas parties and they would give Martha Stewart a run for her money. Gays are definitely not anti-Christian, and they do celebrate Behind Day as often as possible.

What does sexual preference have to do with celebrating a religious holiday? There are many, many Christian homosexuals in this world, my friend, you do them a great disservice by your obvious homophobic question and attitude.
If you consider yourself a Christian, than be more like your Savior, who was frequently found in company of those the "righteous" of his time considered to be sinners. His apostles included tax collectors and he was a friend of at least one known prostitute.
BTW, I am not male, homosexual or even Christian. I AM however a person who believe that people have the right to choose whom they wish to love without any interference or hatred from anyone else.

I don't know because I 'm not a homosexual man but I think I can safely say that they probably do unless they are jewish or some other kind of religion that does not celebrate christmas. now I have a question for you--why do people think it's ok to ask stupid questions when they probably already know the answer anyway?

I'm a born again Christian minister who also is gay. I celebrate Christmas. Why in the world would we gay people be anti-christian just because bigots in the church twist the Scriptures to fit their personal homophobia? I will never blame the Lord for the stupidity of people.

Any event that you can wear flashing lights, bright colors, receive gifts, invade homes of friends and family and eat everything in sight, listen to your mother pretend to forgive Aunt who-ever for a gift she will return as soon as the sun comes up, and sing out loud. we will celebrate it! Besides contrary to rumor, God made us too. For that we came into being proudly through the front door. It's only much later that we have to explain ourselves as to why we think we have the right to breath. God thought I was good enough to visit here for a while, the very least I can do is celebrate Jesus' birth. And don't forget, He died for me also!!! Do you celebrate gay pride? You don't have to be gay to celebrate for our rights and the ones who have been ma sacred just for being.

Believe it or not there are plenty of gays/lesbians that believe in god, and also partake in an organized religion. Also, there are millions of people who do not believe in Jesus that celebrate Christmas. Christmas, in my opinion, is really just a commercial holiday anymore. Unless you're involved in a hardcore religion that believes in celebrating Christmas, most likely, you're not sitting there while opening presents thinking about the birth or Jesus.

And please, do not take offense to anything I said. I feel I have to write this disclaimer because people are always so sensitive to any type of religious or spiritual beliefs.

Are you one of those who believe everything you read in Leviticus?

1. Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?

2. I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanness - Lev.15: 19-24. The problem is how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.

4. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord - Lev.1:9. The problem is, my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

5. I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2. clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself, or should I ask the police to do it?

6. A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination - Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this? Are there 'degrees' of abomination?

7. Lev.21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle- room here?

8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?

9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev.19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? Lev.24:10-16. Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair, like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14)
