Sorry I not a huge fan of either of them, but I would have to say JoJo sing very good, but Hiliary Duff does sing some catchy songs. I personally believe Hiliary should stick with acting rather than singing which she is much better actress than a singer. However, it is her choice and she got a lot of fans who like her music. I saw JoJo in the movie called "RV" with Robin Williams at the end of the movie and I could not believe how good JoJo sang there. I believe she will become a better singer and win a lot of awards in the near future for her music. Just like Maria Cary, Alica Keys, Whitney Houston, Christen Aguilera, and so on....

JoJo definetely. Hilary Duff has a high voice and people can barely hear her, especially since she always tries to sing rock songs. JoJo has a great voice and can do both types of voices. She rocks!

JoJo! I think her voice has a wider range and is stronger. Hilary Duff is still pretty good though.

Who The Hell Cares?!?! In my opinion they never should have gotten contracts, either of them! The last thing this world needs are a couple more teenage girls singing the same songs over and over. Get some creativity,then work at it for ten years. Then we'll see who's the better artist.
