It's an Asus? I bought an Asus PC two years ago. It hasn't worked right since I bought it. It blew two chipset fans, and they apparently have monkeys stocking parts because it took three tries to get the right replacement part. The motherboard went bad, they replaced the part but I had the new one installed at my cost. The video card doesn't work right.

Good luck with it, though.

They won't negotiate with you. Either pay it and recieve the merchandise, or don't pay it at all and don't recieve the merchandise. However, you might STILL be stuck paying for it....
