If it was was a real People's Elbow it would hurt.If you watch carefully,The Rock's People's Elbow never even touched the opponents,same as Triple HHH's knee drop,but it's the camera angle that makes it seem real.The Rock's People's Elbow hurts way more than a Five Knuckle Shuffle,if it really comes in contact with the opponent.The Five Knuckle Shuffle is the worst move ever and The Worm too.

The WWE is entertainment. So no one really hurts each other. But, if The Rock did do the People's Elbow, it'd hurt because an elbow to the sternum really hard has to hurt, right?

Well as we know wrestling is fake...lol and the Rock doesn't put much pressure on his elbow but if he did it for real he would put a lot of pressure into it and he would the drive the air out of you body.

It doesn't hurt. You don't actually TRY to hurt your opponent in wrestling. It's entertainment, it's making all of your opponent's moves look devastating and painful when they're really not.
