I think you might be having anxiety attacks....having much stress lately? Afraid of anything?
Symptoms of anxiety attack:
Fatigue
Trembling
Muscle tension
Headache
Nausea
Repeated episodes of intense fear that strike often and without warning.
Chest pain
Heart palpitations
Shortness of breath
Dizziness
Abdominal distress
Feelings of unreality, and fear of dying
If you have any of these too, then definitlly you suffer from anxiety. It's nothing so bad, but could be if left untreated. I would recomend you to visit psychologist and he would guide you out of this.
If you need somebody to talk more about this, feel free to write me an email:

Good luck!

Hypoglycemia could be responsible for many of the symptoms you describe, but so could many other things. Anxiety that comes and goes might be perfectly normal, or it might be something you want to discuss with your physician if it causes you to be ineffective in important situations. More troubling are the trembling and other nervous system symptoms, which could be caused by anything from anxiety to Parkinsons to a brain tumor to a nutritional deficiency. In other words, they could have many causes, some serious, some benign. I would see a doctor right away, and be persistent until I had found a satisfactory answer. A simple blood test might identify the problem, so there's no reason to delay. And try not to become even more anxious. The benign causes are far, far more likely.

First off, like everyone else said you need to see a Dr. Something that could be causing this is adrenal deficiency, if you are really stressed/not eating enough/sick for a while, etc your "fight or flight" mechanism will kick in. If your body has to run on this (what it is essentially running on is adrenaline), for a prolonged period, you deplete it and it causes shaking in the middle of the night and extreme exhaustion, about the not breathing thing. . .well that is worrisome. . . Best of Luck

Sounds like you could have a mild case of epilepsy. Contact your doctor and see what they recommened. Seeing a neurologist would probably be wise as well. If you have difficulty breathing, then don't take this lightly or think that it'll pass on its own. Get checked out. You'd be amazed what neurologist can find out and help you with these days.

You could be having seizures from lack of oxygen to your brain!!
Go immediately to a sleep clinic and find what you need.
You could die from this. There is an easy solution too.
