I was just looking at the Forbes list of the Top 15 richest fictional characters and they have Bruce Wayne at #7 at $6.8 billion and Tony Stark at #8 at $3.0 billion. Do you think this is accurate?

That may be accurate after Tony Stark dropped all of his weapon contracts. He was rolling in the billions....I'm thinking he was worth 40 Billion at one point.

That is a tough one but I would have to go with Bruce Wayne and I don't know if Forbes took this into account but Tony Stark lost all his money at least once.

Bruce Wayne was a billionaire playboy since before the men's magazine of that name was first published. Tony Stark hasn't had anything comparable named after him.
There's more to it than the money...!

Bruce Wayne is supposed to be richer, but Tony at the top of his game was also a billionaire. However, Tony is not into manufacture anymore, he into innovations. Which cuts overhead but also cuts into revenue. Still even if Bruce is richer, he still lamer, he not even half as intelligent as Tony, and the Iron Man armor is much cooler and technologically more advanced than Bat Man.
So money is not everything.... :)

Bruce Wayne/Batman has way cooler toys, so I'd agree he is richer. Tony Stark just has an ugly metal suit.
