There is no reason to be rude. You're not going to find it anywhere other than online. Project Rocket is not an official EP or anything, so it's not going to be in any of the stores. The only way to get it is online.
(At least around here - I don't know where you live)
BTW - it's not worth buying. Just download the whole 3 songs online.

WELLLLLL, my BEST guess (but this is just MY personal opinion, ofcourse) would be to check the local WAL-MART or maybe at a Coconuts or something....any type of music store, really. :) Glad to be of service!
