I am currently havin some relationship issues and it makes me question myself and my security. I am a little insecure but how can I fix that? I exercise, have a great group of friends but I was in an abusive marraige. I dated a guy after the marraige and now he won't call me. Yup- I know how to pick 'em! Seriously- any suggestions?

Figure out what you're good at, and do it! Don't waste your time looking for a guy... let him look for you. In the meantime volunteer at a homeless shelter, at the recreation center in your city, with a non profit like American Heart or American Cancer Society. Focus on those who need you and make a real contribution to the world. You'll feel great about it and gain confidence in yourself. Stay busy, use your talents, skills, passions to help others and you'll be amazed at how your life changes, and what kind of man will find you attractive. Good luck!

play sports, listen to upbeat music, eat healthy, anything but taking pills......watch a good warm fuzzy movie, Christmas music always makes me happy. I'm serious. Maybe you should stay away from guys for a bit, if you feel this guy is playing you dump him and be single for a while. be your own woman! You go gurl!

Find yourself again. Take time out and don't think to be happy you need to be in a relationship. Do things that make YOU feel good.
