It feels like taking a long, sharp, thick, 1/4 inch thick needle and pushing it deep into your flesh until the flesh on the other side gives and it rips through, blood drips down your stomach as the tissue is severed around the top of the navel and you're so deeply in pain that you feel like you're going to pass out! (FYI- Getting your bellybutton pierces doesn't make you cool, it mutates the skin on top of your navel. It will be sunken in when you're older and very unattractive.) Enjoy

it hurts for a little while but it goes away, it's not really a scream thing, but some girls do scream

My daughter's got infected and she had to have it removed. That was painful.

i is gonna always hurt if you get a peircing but that does not hurt that bad

usually when you get a hole poked into you, it hurts. mine didn't hurt bad, but yes it hurt.
