I bought WoW tonight (i've put it off forever... i have a 6 week break from school!), what race should I play as? I've heard that all races are created pretty equally, but I want to hear more opinions. What about the Undead? They appeal to me because I have an obsession with zombies...

I personally like races with good starting citys. I alwasy choose dwarf or humans. But if you do want to play an evil character (which is cool) go with the undead.

Well first you have to decide if you want to be goor or bad. Classic good vs evil. Then what starting region appeals to you. Also not all classes are available to each race so factor that in.
I am a Gnome Rouge but also have a Orc Hunter.
