The Anaheim resort is having trouble keeping employees past six months. The benefits are not that good, the hours long, and the pay is less than they could get at Home Depot. The are now incenting castmembers with cash rewards to stay.

Having a full cast complement is important as they head into the busy holiday season, but truthfully they've been operating with an employee shortage for about a year.

Disney isn't a bad company to work for depending on what department you work for. The computer group of Disney abuses their employees and doesn't give credit where credit is due.
