One of the band members wrote it about his little sister 'coming of age'. It's asking her to please don't be in such a hurry to grow up and lose her virginity, but to wait for the right one.

I liked it only because I did not pay attention to the words..But it is one of the worst lyrical pieces ever written.........MAKES NO SENSE
