Looking for the name of a country song that talks about "1982 when everyone I loved was still alive" Thanks!

I'm not sure if it is those exact words or even the year 1982 in the lyrics but it is something to that effect. I think it says "I hope heaven is like 1982, when everyone I loved was still alive" But again, I'm not really sure, I heard it only once about a year ago. Thank you for your help.
