I've met with one who had allegedly solved crimes. She mentioned about two blond women who are always around me.She also mentioned about a blond woman I would meet in the future who would be of some importance in my life.It would seem that the woman I eventually met was a detective investigating an alleged homicide in the area and I was not a suspect uh, I think? I would see Sylvia Browne if she did it for free. It's not like she's gonna give me the winning lottery numbers .

I am a christian who explores the paranormal. I watched Sylvia regularly on the Montel show and thought she was misguided - but it wasn't until I read one of her books that I was absolutely SURE she is! I can't believe anyone with half a mind believes this woman. She calls herself a "humanitarian" but charges $700 for a 30 min. phone call!! And I fault Montel for not having follow-up programs that might shed some light on her accuracy rate. (I've e-mailed the show about this and recieved no response.) I watch her on Montel just so I can watch her botch a reading. Once a woman said she had lost her cat but mysterious things were occurring around her house. Sylvia said it was the cat's spirit - but then the woman said, "No, by 'lost' I mean we had to give her up and give her to someone else!" Sylvia also looked at a picture that had a smeared image of someone on it that looked quite ghostly. The area of the smear was clearly circled and highlighted by the shows graphics people but Sylvia said it was an ORB!!! What an idiot! The most amazing blunder by Sylvia occurred on live radio. On the night that the West Va. miners were killed, she was on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. There was a news report that said that the miners were alive. When Sylvia heard that she said, "I knew they would be found." And the show was on a high note because everyone was so happy the miners were alive. But then, the news reported that it was in error and the miners were dead! Sylvia immediately denied that she thought they were alive and tried to say she was simply saying she knew "they would be found."!!!!! (You can Google search the incident for confirmation.) I am delighted that I have the entire incident recorded from the live broadcast. It's a hoot! I watch her all the time because she's so pathetically amusing.

I don't believe anything Sylvia Browne says...watch her when she does a show (Montel), every single question that gets asked to her is basically a yes or no question, and the answer that she gives is what the asker wants to hear 99% of the time. She also is extremely arrogant when it comes to anyone questioning her responses and treats the asker like they are dirt beneath her feet.
Honestly, there is just something a little trashy about her.

I do believe in Sylvia Browne -- in that she exists. Other than that, I wouldn't pay money to consult with her. I think she's full of it.

Sylvia Browne is a fraud. She adamantly and firmly predicted that the absolute winner, by a landslide, of the 2000 Presidential Election would be AL GORE. Need I say more?

Yes, I did notice her blunder lately. But I think that she is ill or getting older. Silvia has been a fantastic psychic for many years. She has only recently been less so. So of course I would not pay her for a reading..there are so many others that can do a better job including your local amateurs. I too have been trained in psychic arts. My original teacher began to blunder too, in the several years before his death. He had been a superb psychic for many years, serving his community with his gift, training others, and many other things.
I hope that Silvia will be able to put her ego aside and admit the waning nature of her gift, else she may end up embarrassing herself.

I do believe in the things she says because they tend to make a lot of sense. I don't know if I could pay that much to talk to someone though, maybe if money was no object to me!

It ebbs and flows with me... Why would you pay to consult with her when you can do it on the Montel show for free?

NO. She uses these techniques to get things out of people. People give her the answers.

Asker:"My husband had a stroke"
Sylvia:"Yes. He had some sort of blot clot. A really big one. He didn't know it was coming"

Me: DUH!
