Hi Kazu...I believe you will need to contact the British Veterinary Board in the UK to obtain a licence there. Here is their website: http://www.bva.co.uk/

[edit] in all honesty I would contact the British Veterinary Equine Association (BEVA) http://www.beva.org.uk/ to see what are their requirements to work or study with regards to equines.

As above contact the RCVS (RCVS.org.uk). You will have to sit a veterinary exam in the UK to be able to practice here. Only MRCVS (members of the royal college of veterinary surgons) are allowed to practice acts of veterinary surgery in the uk. And the exam will allow you to become a member and have the letters after your name.

The best bet, is to contact a UK vet, and ask. I do not know if anyone on Yahoo! can answer that question for you, honestly.
