Is Sims a bad game?

hey everybody! well, i know this sounds pretty lame but, do you guys think that Sims is a bad game? i played it at my friend's house and i thought it was fun, then i went and bought it and my mom FREAKED OUT she says that its really innapropriate and she took it back. i really dont think its bad! but i dunno! im a teenager and its not like i would sit and play it all day, i just thought it'd be a good time! but anyway, there's no talking my mom out of taking it away...just wonderin what you guys think!! thanks!! <3

No it's not. I think it's better for you to get to see the "real world" on a computer than go live it. The game is not going to make you go do something you shouldn't. There's so much worse stuff out there than a silly game. I think as a teenager you should be able to play a stupid game like the sims. I just don't understand some parents.

Sims 2's ok. I performed it earlier. the absolutely issue's in accordance to the game's age score(s) and reason(s). yet, this is kind of previous at the same time as searching on the accessible thoughts on Sims 3, mutually with strolling round city.

I played the sims 1 and 2. They are really funa nd i've been playing since i was 9. I have all the games that ever came out for pc. the thing is you can do that stuff but tis your choice. and as people said before they just go under the covers and thats all. I'm 14 and by that age you already know what that stuff is. they teach you about that in school waay before so it shouldnt be like a big shock to your mom. just try to explain it to her and you tell her that its not about woohoo. its about strategy and stuff...cause it really is

No, teenagers are fine with it. It's not as if they show someone having sex. They just jump under the covers of the bed or whatnot. It's really not that graphic. And they're CG characters for goodness sakes. It's not inappropriate unless you're under 13. Parents need to stop assuming that their kids don't know what sex is. I've seen more provocative scenes in PG-13 movies, really.

What?! It's an awesome game! I'm 14, and I've been playing it since I was at least 10. My mom even thinks it's cool. I have the whole collection except for 2 (houseparty and superstar)

is not unnapropiate. Sure it has a few things that little kids shouldn't know, but a teenager should be welcomed to the idea of sex and interactions. I believe the game is rated teen after all, so i can't be wrong....

well some of the point can be inappropriate but all together I think it is the best my mom lets me play it but then again she doesn't know it is inappropriate but since your mom wont let you play Sims you should get roller coaster tycoon or mall tycoon there real neat in roller coaster tycoon you can create a theme park and in mall tycoon you can create a mall and all the shops in it
