There are a couple of publications which cater to the advertising agency's you might try: www.adage.com and www.adweek.com
You may also want to get in touch with the American Association of Advertising Agencies. It is the primary trade association for the advertising agency industry. www.aaaa.org

Use Google "scholar" to search for papers and studies that show this. I don't know of any websites on this topic.
