someone who cant seem to do anything right just keeps falling farther in the hole keeps loosing..or someone who takes advantage of others and is out for themselves and themselves only.

A looser is: make loose or looser; "loosen the tension on a rope" If you meant loser it means: One who takes loss in a specified way. One that fails consistently, especially a person with bad luck or poor skills.

There are so many examples.There are many people who will climb over other people to get to the top of the ladder.But then when many of them fall it's too much to bare to be at the bottom again.These to me are the biggest losers that still haven't realized that less is still more when you have learned to survive without.
