loofa sponge, it is a long time discovered sea sponge that can be used in your bath, to scrub your feet, your back, get rid of dead skin, scrub your shower, it is a rather stiff like sponge. Some come with handles so as you can reach your back. And they also come just as a sponge. The last loofa I purchased I sware was meant for a torture tool.So I converted it into a hair picker upper ( dry ). works great for that. And I also use dryer sheets, after they have done their job in the dryer. You can attach them easly to a yard stick or just a stick, anything that you can lightly drag across the carpet. My dryer sheets first go into the dryer to fluff and make my clothes smell good, then they go into a basket across from the dryer and I use them to magicaly swish the lint from the dryer lint screen. Then all you have to do is pull the nifty little workers out of the basket, one little shake, off goes the lint and they are ready to get rid of that hair that is on anything and everything in my house. If i could figure out a way to wear the dryer sheets around my face so that I would'nt have to have hair for every meal I'd go for it. THIS WORKS..

I use a pet sponge. It is basically a sticky sponge you can buy at any store. You rub the sponge across the rug in one direction and it clumps up the hair in a ball. You can then just vacuum the hair up because it isn't matted in the rug. I use it for my hair and I also have a cat.

You might have to use a knife and scrap it. I sometimes have had to do that not cause of human hair, but cat hair on my computer chair and other things. It just sticks like glue. Another tip is to do regular cleaning on your vaccum (such as the brush roller and filters.)

I would suggest that you go and buy a new Vacuum Cleaner as your old one doesnt seem to be doing the job that it should.. Maybe you should check to see that the bag isnt full on your old one... I have a long haired dog and have to vacuum daily because she shed's alot..
