Both ways. The drinking glasses on the bottom are right-side up, and the ones stacked on top of them are upside down.

Normally, upside down, but that's when I have contact paper on the bottom of the cabinets. Since I'm just staying in this apartment temporarily though, I didn't bother to put it down this time, so... I guess you can say I go both ways!

My parents always stored the upside down so that's what I do. I always assumed they did it to keep dust out of the glasses.
