Heavens no I'm not excited! Listen closely: the McRib is nothing but week old dead salmon (and sometimes SARDINE, I know, DISGUSTING!) covered in a pomegranate-chilipepper-"barbecue" sauce. STAY AWAY FROM THIS And warn others. These ingredients combined can cause serious damage to your immune system! DO NOT EAT THIS!!!

YES! I love the McRib! It comes back every year around Nov. and Dec., but only in certain places. I always load up on them when I visit my parents b/c they don't sell the mcrib where I live. I buy about 5 or 6 of them and freeze them! God, McRib's are the best...I wish they would make them permanent. Last year I drove 70 miles to get my hands on a McRib!

Why get excited. Its simply a marketing ploy by Mcdonalds. The McRib is one of the worst items on their menu. Find a good health food store and enjoy some great food without all the additives, fat, sugar, sodium and calories.

Just like Disney movies ( I happen to love them), but it's all about the hype. If someone is going to tell you that they are taking something away in x amount of time, you want it no matter what it is.
Bath and Body works does that to me all the time with their Winter Candy Apple line of stuff.
Take a look at all the junk you buy, but don't need when a store is going outta business.
uh huh, Yeah!
Oh yeah, about the Mc Rib, the only good thing on that slab of reformed, meat substitute sandwich is the pickle!!!

i do not very comparable to at least something from McDs (if I even ought to devour quick food I want both Wendy's or BK), if the McRib is a lot less undesirable than something else. this is totally sweet, yet isn't inedibly salty.

Obviously, because some people like it. Everyone doesn't like everything McD sells, but they do have some popular menu items, and McRib is one of them. But not, apparently, popular enough to be on the menu permanently.

Yes - But I forgot how gross it was so now I wish it would go away so I could think it was good again.

Not really, because to me, it does not taste as nice as it did when they first introduced it. (many years ago). so I`m really not excited that it`s back, I`m more surprised. But I`ll probably try it again, just to see if it tastes better.

Must only be back where you live, it's not on the menu here where I am. Haven't seen that one in years but I have heard that it is brought back from time to time in areas where sales were good. Me, no thanks, I'll pass.
