ODP is real, i went to the try outs in california. The coaches there are highly trained and skilled. I have a bunch of friends on the team, and they really enjoy it. It's a great experiance, i recommend it!

I don't think I can really help but here are some simple tricks and tips to see if this is a really a scam:

* Do you already play soccer or are you in a team? If no, definetly a scam, you cant get an "exclusive" offer, out of the blue. IF yes, ask your soccer coach or trainer if they know anythng about this.
* Search ODP in google and see if their logo matches a logo in the letter. There should be a logo in the letter so that the letter is official.
*Check the envelope. Is it Postage Paid already? This usually means that its already paid the postage and needs no stamp. Usually professional companies or programs use this.
*Hand written or not? Usually gives a clue or something? Did this letter provide a phone number or a website. There should be a contact details incase of enquiries..if not, then may be a scam.

IF you think this is a scam. COntact your local police. They can track these scammers and this may lead to other different kinds of scams they need to investigate.

Good LUCK!
