If I say no, and I really mean yes, then you still dont have an answer to your question, and if I say yes, but my no means yes, then my yes would mean no, so you STILL would not have an answer that could be substatiated.
The unfortunate burden of proof falls upon the person who was told "No."

at the time I say no I mean it, but sometime I change my mind, but I never give in.

Most of the time. I've been known to give in to one of the cats pretty easily if they really want something, as long as it's not something that will hurt them.

I try to think carefully before I say "no," just to make sure I'll be able to stick to it when I do say it. So, therefore, no does mean no to me.
