I swear that I eat normally and don't have an eating disorder. I have always been small, and my doctor has never expressed much concern.

Only you know if you have an eating problem, your doctor does not have a problem with your weight, ignore people who put labels on people because of their body shape, at school some of the girls called me a slut because I had really big breasts, I knew they were the town bikes so it never worried me.
Two of my daughters are the same height as you, they share each others clothes and have exactly the same measurements, they could be twins, one is 110lbs the other 140lbs, the reason for this is bone density, muscle and body fat%, the heavier one is an athlete, she is heavier boned has less body fat and more muscle because of her training, the only exercise the lighter one gets is walking when there is no other way of getting to where she is going, she like me has a fast metabolism and eats more than her sister.
Keep away from so called health bars, nothing processed and full of artificial sugar, colour and flavour is good for you.
If you really want to put on some weight, eat a bit more for breakfast, depending on what you have for breakfast now it could be as easy as one more piece of toast or a piece of fruit, it is the most important meal of the day and should be the second biggest, also a healthy snack between dinner and bed time is also a good idea.

Personally, I think is a bit silly that all these people would tell you that you have a problem because you are thin. I have known quite a few girls who are very very thin naturally and then I have known a few that have eating disorders. The interesting thing is that the girls with disorders knew that they had a problem even if they wouldn't admit it. So if you are naturally very thin just don't listen to all these silly people and get into modeling! (by the way that is really really skinny!)

IM ONLY 4ft 9in, 100 lbs size 2 and im considered little in height and weight. Your not healthy. I would suggest eating alot of natural fats and meat, to add weight even snacking on nutrition bars that add pounds will help

If you HONESTLY are eating good, meaning a hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, snacks in between, then I say you are fine! BUT, IF you ARE NOT eating healthy and only you know the answer to that, then you need to get help.

This is way too thin.. Eat some Peanut Butter Sandwiches, or some Chicken and Dumplings for a week or so and see if it helps, also, drink a malt with it .. good luck

If you have to ask, than you already know the answer. Speak with your doctor and have them recommend a nutritionist and counselor who deal with eating disorders.
