No I haven't that'll result in a lawsuit. I'm a teenager and if it happened to me and I had a bruise on my neck or if some one saw. I'll file a law suit against the man. Well have my family , do so. If it's a family member , who did it to the kid. It's wrong. If it was an accident the guy should apologize. Can you explain a little more?
