Southwest Missouri -- Joplin area. There are plenty of decent places still under $100k in this area. You'd be looking at around 1,400 -1,600 square feet or so on a 3/2/ maybe with a garage in a decent neighborhood. Nothing fancy, probably around 20 - 50 years old and in acceptable condition. On balance, wages are rather low. Manufacturing jobs start around $8.50 an hour. Professional salaries are low compared to the national average but the area is extremely affordable and if you're in the $50k salary range or above you can live pretty well.

a lot of it depends on what state you're in, what AREA of the state, and how NEW you want the house to be. I live in Missouri, and you can buy quite a nice house sometimes for LESS than 100K, some even come with 10 or more acres. So YES it can be done.

Indiana, Hammond for an exemple, a house with about 1200 sq.+ a basement. Hammond is located very close to Chicago, so it is pretty easy to find a job.

I helped my mom plan her 2nd wedding ceremony. She did alot of issues herself. She had pretend flowers for the bridesmaids and the decorations. And her flowers have been actual. There fairly is not any much less costly thank you to circulate with chair covers... you may analyze out different apartment shops in the adventure that your going to desire chair covers and notice who has the terrific expenses. My mom made all of her favors herself. its easily a very amazing concept. she had plastic spoons with 2 Hershey's kisses interior the spoon. Then she had like some netting to hold the kisses in and tied them in a bow and had like slightly tag on the ribbon that mentioned "A spoon finished of kisses, from the Mr & Mrs."
