Right now i have light brown long hair. I want to keep it long but have more layers. Can someone please give me suggestions how to get it styled. Also what color makeup should I wear? I have dark brown eyes and tawny colored skin.

Your...kinda like my skin tone.. i have dark brown eyes too ok use metalic brown eye shadow, a little line of eye liner on top (black), mascara, the base that comes in a stick and i'd tell you your color but i can't really picture you skin tone... sorry well and don't forget blush... and about your hair ok if you like to put your hair in a ponytail then get long layers that's what i got before.. i liked it but i didn't like long hair b\c mine is so thick so yeah... well good luck on that....

get the layers.
i think you should cut it, though.
like under your ears, where your face ends..
wear natural earth tone makeups
glossy lipstick to bring out your white teeth
if you have white teeth, no offense.
& hangearrings to bring out your eyes.
