If you are going into a file sharing site that offers free downloads, you could be in danger. If you download music from others, you are breaking copyright laws, which means these artists don't get the money they should be getting. And if you get caught, you will be in big trouble and I think you get fined twiced the money of the free downloads. Plus, there could be viruses like trojans and spyware. So any free file sharing site like Limewire is illegal.

P2P filesharing networks are not illegal. Using them to share copyrighted material is illegal - both to offer to share and to download.

ummm limewire i think is illegal but it never stopped me

and Bareshare i never heard of JUST USE "ares"

having the programs and sharing files is legal, but sharing music (illegal downloading) is illegal

It is not illegal, but people share illegal file such as music that is not theirs. It is illegal to post illegal files, but not to download.
