no and if you some how manage to find one (which i doubt you will) it won't be worth a penny. your better off getting a new monitor. have you tried adjusting the settings on the monitor. there should be a button or knob somewhere.

What do you mean by brighten?
Make it more pretty or colourful, or brighten the screen because it is to dark?
If the latter, turn the brightness up on the monitor.

yeah, it's called a knob and should be located on your monitor somewhere. =)
