i was trying to get one, every store told me that there are all gone, anyone know when they are going to be released again, am trying to get one, and cant find any, anyone know a website that has the 60 gb PS3 package for regular price($599) or on sale or somethingi ve tried ebay they dont have anything some ps3 are like $3,000,plz help me ive been wating so long for this system, and gotta get me one & cuz my B-day is coming up, im like a big playstation Fan ive had all the systems, am a fan of xbox too but i dont want one, plz help me, thank you

Unfortunatly it's all about patience if you wern't one of the lucky ones to get a pre-order and actually have it filled. If your unwilling to pay the insane prices on ebay (and I dont blame you) you're just going to have to wait it out. Most likely the next wave of Ps3's will come out in January or Febuary. Like most console releases Sony didnt make enough, and due to some huge mistakes they had a shortage of Blu-Ray laser components. I highly doubt you'll find a website that has any in stock, and if you do be VERY careful because there's been reports of several fake web stores that have been ripping people off with a false promise of a Ps3. The upside is that if you wait awhile before getting your hands on the console maybe they will have worked out some of the problems that some of the systems have been experiencing. I know it sucks not being able to get one for your bday/christmas and it's really unfortunate that so many people who managed to get one only wanted it to sell for insane prices on Ebay while the people who really wanted it to play themselves are stuck with nothing. Anyways be careful hunting for one and good luck!

Alot of human beings are hoping that the ps3's launch date is going to be at previous due or mid '06. yet there are rumors that it may desire to no longer be till 2007 till it ultimately comes out. I heard it everywhere in G4tv. And sure, this is plenty extra extra useful for microsoft. via 2006, they're going to have many of the marketplace. For evidence, flow to ebay and form xbox360. each and every person is paying hundreds of dollars just to get it. My concept is that, via mid 2006, many of the anticipators of the ps3, already switched over to the xbox 360. Sony has have been given to come back up with something speedy. all i can say is unless you buy from ebay, theres almost NO way to get one before christmas. i saw a few on ebay for 1100, thats probably the best youll get for a 60 gb now-a-days. you would have to be extremely lucky to snag one before everyone else this christmas. good luck.

there is no re-release, the stores will get in shipments periodically, check with the stores and ask them when they will get them in, its there job to tell you, btw good luck getting one hahahahaha, just buy a 20gb off ebay for 450 thats what i did and i saved 50 bucks its worth it if u REALLY want one
