how can i fix scratched Cd's?

Buff the CD's or take em to a Video shop and they r gonna buff em for some bucks. Washing such CD's with water can improve the condition, but not much. I have myself tried the last one.

Use rubbing alcohol and a Q-Tip on the scratches.
