my apartment has recently become infested by cockroaches.that the 2nd floor tenants brought into the 3 familt house i live in. i have 2 small kids and the exterminator has been out but its getting worse what are my rights as a tenant?

Move out and get rid of everything made of material. Couched and so one ( stuffed toys) the eggs get every place and could even be carried on your shoes. Sorry but once they are there they stay. Good Luck!

Move out.If the land lord did not disclose this then you can take him to small claims court for the deposit back.
