Will I harm my yamaha ls 2000 jet boat if I run it in saltwater?

Absolutely will NOT hurt it, YOU MUST FLUSH THE MOTOR IN FRESH WATER, WHEN YOU YOU ARE DONE ! right away, not ("I'll get it next week), immediatly after use, flush for at least 5 minutes using a garder hose, or salts, and sediment, will remain in the cooling passages in the motor head, solidifying and causing cooling problems later on. AS long as you flush it right away, you're "COOL" !
