I don't know about their bad language, but in my opinion just owning a teletubbie is an inappropriate thing.

i don't think the originals do.
the television program cares too much about keeping its wholesome image to manufacture such an item.
but other companies, taking advantage of that fact, might be selling similar dolls that say inappropriate things.

Probably just a bad sound quality, and the fact that people just love making dumb things up to excite themselves and others... Yeah, our live are just THAT boring. Anyway, it prorably just sounds like that.... Kind of like misheard lyrics in a song

I've heard of a few occassions where they have, but mostly it's their crappy sayings like, "Tubby Toast!" and other random things (I know only cause I have a baby sister)
