and my dooney is in my closet, and her lamb is in a plastic bag in her closet- I feel sooooooooo GUILTY, and stupid!

This friday i boutght xbox 360 for my son he already has playstation 2. I decided to go shopping on black friday just for the fun there is nothing i need i just have wants. And when i was looking at the playstaions games i saw the xbox it was the last one. And there were people wanting it so I asked the sales lady to take it out of the glass for me and i bought it for my son and I bought two games 50 dollars each. I came home and asked my son if he could have any game he wanted what would he chose he said he likes his playstation just fine. I will return it this week. and just buy him more playstaion games. I try to ask myself these questions when i shop.Do i really need it? Why do i want it ? Could I live without it ? Will it put be in debt?. I did not do it on friday.

Just today, but it was only $5. I have a problem - I keep going through socks too fast because of the callouses on my heels. I bought something at the pharmacy that I hoped I could wear under my socks (something like a reusable bandage). When I took it out of the package I saw that it wouldn't work.

Yes, all the time. Grocery items I forget I already have at home. Too many pairs of shoes, clothes for my adorable little dog, five of the same shirt in different colors because they cost less if you buy five. Video games that don't get played much at all...
Oh, and don't even let me near a home store like Linens and Things.

All the time. =P Luckily I keep my receipts and will take stuff back for a refund.
One of my biggest purchases was for the house we live in, while it was being built. I was told to go buy all the appliances and stuff for it. So, I bought lights, celing fans, fixtures, bathroom fixtures..and then had several hundred dollars worth of bathroom stuff to return because the plumber provided & installed all of it w/o telling us. =P

Yup. Usually a clothing item that then sits around unworn. I think we just like the experience of shopping. The appeal of something new, re-imagining ourselves as different through the purchase

>All the damn time...this walking into stores with an old brain does get expensive, i.e., I now own 7 Metric socket sets (or is that 6?)...
I don't remember just now, but I'm sure when I need a 10mm socket again I will have to go to WalMart and buy another.<

Almost every day. I just bought a bedspread and I think I'll return it. How many do I really need? Also more clothes, need a bigger closet.
