My cat and (when I used to have my dog), they go crazy every time the tv makes that beep...buzzzzz....sound for the emergency test. I think it hurts their ears, or are my pets just weird?

omg! i thot my pets were the only ones that did that! ya! my dog starts barking and like running around. its really weird...

Every time that there is an emergency broadcast our dog (floofy)
grabs his food dish and water pan and heads for the storm cellar. At first we thought that he was real smart, but since he even does it when it's only a test we are beginning to have our doubts.

Not the test, but the commercials for the new Tickle Me Elmo ,sends my cat flying down the cellar stairs. That giggle drives him crazy!
