We'd all be walking around naked, and we wouldn't think a thing about it. Modesty wouldn't exist. If we weren't used to being covered up we wouldn't care that we weren't covered up. We'd have a harder time against the elements though.

Sitting down on the ground would be pain, we would get dirt stuck in our genetalia, womens' breasts would sag due to lack of bras, and we would freeze in the cold.

mostly the same things we do now except more indoors. The better question is what would women do for a week every month?

Well I suppose we would live our daily lives as usual. If were all naked, it wouldnt be strange because that would just be how everyone was. However, we might be a bit colder.

I live in Minnesota, I'd be cold.
Also, I suppose we'd be less excited by seeing other naked people, since we'd see that all the time.
That would make it kinda no fun.
