One person I know who was shy took a public speaking course. If your question was honest, I recommend it. Also, your spelling is terrible and you sound like Ali-G when you talk, so if you're doing this intentionally, grow up!

I am the same way...but I am getting better. I find that if I talk to people a little bit at a time I feel more comfortable. I started practicing by saying hi to people if we made eye contact, like at the grocery store. Now I don't always turn red. I still need work on talking to people that I am attracted to...I turn brighter red then the worse sunburn ever...but I am not as shy as I used to be. LOL Good Luck

You have to be comfortable with who you are. Ask yourself--what bad would really happen if you were a little more outgoing? Now, that's not to say that you should be loud and boisterous all the time--sometimes it's not appropriate--and you also shouldn't open yourself up completely if you don't know someone, but just know who you are and be proud of it. Then you'll know you have nothing to fear as far as what anyone thinks. And don't forget: It's not always important what other people think of you!!!!

Try small tasks such as asking what time it is to a stranger or just saying hello to a random person walking their dog if you're out a stroll.
Then once you get used to that introduce youself on an airplane to the person next to you or something. Talk about something you are very familiar with.

i my self was always a shy person, i would get soooo nervous when talking in front of people and meeting new people. i was always the quiet one and didn't like to talk to people i did not know. i overcame my shyness by just thinking to myself why should i be shy? i gave myself some confidence. also i took a speech class and that really helped out a lot now im not so shy to talk to people.

Begin from dancing nude in front of your mirror, but in private! Never forget that how the boldest guy u meet would look when their pants r pulled down. Always remember we'll r the same beneath our wrappings!
