I am doing a project and I need to pick a character and find pictures to simbolize them or describe them...and I have to find 2 quotes that they would say or someone would say about them.Who would you choose?

I love Mercutio! I'll bet a lot of people in your class will choose Romeo or Juliet, but there is a lot you can do with the supporting characters. Mercutio has a hot temper and a creative mind, so you can compare him to a lot of artists like Jackson Pollock or Jean-Michel Basquiat (both of whom lend themselves to images very easily). Even the name Mercutio is thought to come from the word "mercurial", which means someone whose temper or mood changes really quickly.
Look at those two image searches and tell me they don't make you think of Mercutio!

i would choose romeo.,
one quote : "thus with a kiss, i die"
because its the most intense line in the entire play & because of the meaning it holds- romeo loved juliet, & now that she's gone he has no reason for living because she was his reason.
...maybe a bottle of poison & a rose...
the poison would symbolyze his tracic love (the rose) for Juliet
