How do you do a spell check in a different language?

I am using microsoft word.

Go to Tools > Language and set the desired language. Depending on what version of Word you are using and what options you installed originally, you may also have to load a dictionary for your desired language.

You'll have to change the keyboard settings to that language. Do that in your control panel.
