:Anyone out there a practicing, spellcasting witch? I wonder what I should do if I believe someone has cast a detrimental spell or curse on me. Would it be inappropriate to approach local pagan groups asking about this? I know that some pagan groups consider selling curse-removal services to be a big scam, and I don't want to fall for any of that. But I just don't believe that buying and burning a special candle would do it. I'm not even sure I believe in curses ... but it sure seems like it; I have suspected it for almost fifteen years and I have a particular caster in mind who would have wanted to do it. So just in case... I need to talk to someone knowledgeable, who knows how these types of spells are cast and countered. I have no occult inclinations myself - I don't think I'm any good at that stuff. How should I go about this? Please, no jokers - you're not funny. I can think of all kinds of snotty remarks all by myself.

Convince yourself that the spell was not cast and that curses are not possible. This should be easy, as you have the entire eastern and western scientific canon to support you in this belief.
If you can't do that, then you might as well approach other people who believe the same things you do; they're a lot less likely to mock you.

Simple enough! Visualize a beam of white protective light surrounding you. As you go on, make the light stronger and more opaque until it is a solid circle around you. Always believe this light surrounds you. This acts like a sort of protective shield. Learn to meditate and visualize it once a day even if only for a few minutes. A Cosmonomics book I have says that you can visualize a beam of light coming from your enemy's solar plexus. Visualize your own light coming out like a ray meeting his and blasting his light AND image into a million pieces. In other words ZAP him! This is supposed to return any bad thoughts back to the sender. What have you got to lose? I don't believe in black magic or spells but I HAVE read enough about this kind of thing to think there might be something to it. Good luck. If done correctly it should work. You'll be able to feel it, if it works.

I agree with the answer from Jess4rsak.. See also a priest and ask him to say a mass and give you a blessing. Holy water is a powerful protection. I am a Roman catholic and I firmly believe in this. Each day say the Lords prayer. You will soon be feeling happy and everything you think as evil will be lifted. God Bless.

You can remove spells yourself by NOT BELIEVING IN THE SPELL. The mind is much stronger that you think. If this doesn't work, try eating an eye of newt mixed with warm milk.

Pray and ask God to remove the curse and to bless the one who cursed you. Vengeance belongs to God. He will repay. Then stay away from thoughts of and people who believe in witchcraft and the power of mankind to control the universe, supernaturally.
