depends on how fast you were going. If you were doing 75 in a 15 mph school zone. that's worse than running a light in a sparsely populated area in most cases.

It is very likely that you will have an accident when you are running through a red light than speeding. At least during speeding, you are going through the same flow of the traffic while going through a red light is countering the flow. So going through a red light is worse.

Everyone speeds, and while that can certainly lead to an accident, running a light is far more likely to cause one. That's worse.

A speeding tiket costs more $, but I'd say one for running a red light is worse because you could've crashed and killed someone. Also, they are more likely to send you to driving school again.
