I am going to agree with several other answers. The decrease in movement is perfectly normal as he or she is growing larger - thus decreasing the amount of wiggle room. he or she should also be in position to be born by this time......you know how you feel like you are about to pop? Imagine how the little one feels all couped up in there.
You should also be checking fetal movement, I believe that it is 10-20 times in a hr. Check with your OB to be sure.

You should still be feeling your baby move, at least every hour. I was always told 10 movements every hour. They don't have to be BIG ones, as the baby gets bigger and is more cramped, there is less room to move, but you should still be feeling it regularly. If you notice a decrease, you should really go to the hospital or DR. ASAP. It is much better to be safe and know that everything is ok, than to take a chance. HTH

very normal. Since you are only weeks from your due date, your baby is putting on weight, and does not have that much room to move around like it use to. As long as you can still feel it moving then your baby is fine. Don't worry, your baby is fine!!!!

Maybe its sleeping. I would probably talk to my mother about it and if she worried I'd call the doctor. They do say there are days you won't feel the baby alot. But to be on the safe side it never hurts to hear what your doctor has to say about it. I mean you are 35 weeks I think you are supposed to feel like 10 kicks an hour or something by then. I really hope everythings ok. I think you shoud call your doctor or head to the ER.

Totally normal. Baby is just running out of room to move. As long as you are feeling movement once a day or more you are fine. Just make sure you communicate your concerns to your doctor at each visit.

Yes this is normal....if can be that the baby has moved into position to be born...plus there isn't much room in there anymore....you should be fine..but check with your doctor too!

Its normal. She just doesn't have as much room to move. If you notice her not moving, you can drink lots of fruit juice, and this should kick start her (lol) but if you notice NO movement for more than 24 hours... you should DEFINATLY see your dr.!!

Congrats and Good Luck
God Bless!!!

everything is fine, sometimes babies start moving less around this time because they are getting bigger and running out of room to move around as much, good luck with your baby!

You need to do a kick count and call your doctor.

once you get so far along it's difficult for your baby to kick you the way you felt previously, so it could be normal. I'm unsure just how significant the drop is so please count and call asap.
