Actually, yes!!! The only reason 'inbred' is bad is because family share the same genes. This means if a disease runs in the family its just way more likely for there child to have it. Which would mean that HEALTHY people who just happen to be cousins could have an amazingly healthy(and/or smart) child. Dogs? How do you think certain breeds of dogs came around? Inbreeding. It's not as bad as people think. Brother & sister & mom & dad is wrong(but for other reasons...), but cousins is totally alright. But not in the eyes of the public. But to answer your question... YES!!! that person could have a perfectly healthy child if they are healthy and the father/mother is too

Funny how so many are so quick to judge.This happens all over the world.It has been from the beginning of mankind.There are always problems that can occur , cousins or not.Have the responsibility to check out the genetic factors of course but don't let others get away w/ prejudices.Good luck.
