tera=10^12, peta=10^15, exa=10^18, zetta = 10^21, yotta = 10^24, xenna=10^27, weka=10^30, vendeka=10^33. There are some other extreme prefixes too. According to Ray Kurzweil, CPU speeds and computer memory size will increase so rapidly that we'll need these some time this century.

The highest current would be a terabyte. In the future(how far I'm afraid I do not know) we will have larger amounts, and the prefix will change.
