Spots/Blackheads on my head?

Well I have some spots on my head, I've never been sure to what they're called... are they called blackheads? They aren't sticking out like pimples but just spots. Any way to get rid of them or do I just have to wait over the years for them to go away...?

yea they are black heads and i have em too. sry i havent found a cure for them yet!
