Which model RX-7? I think the third gen RX-7 is a great looking car, the NSX is a great looking car, a 300 Z is a good looking car, but none of the cars on your list are made anymore.
I'd vote for a Honda S2000, Infinity G35 coupe, or a Mazda RX-8 these days.
ps - a GTO is also a model variant of a Mitsubishi 3000GT (also not made anymore)

Ummm I might getting to old, cause the only GTO (GOAT) I know about was made by Pontiac. In the U.S.A. from 64 -70s I had the 69 judge. Wish I still did. Is there really a Jap. GTO?

My vote for the best looking Japanese car ever made would probably go to the Toyota 2000GT. Very rare, but very beautiful in a classic sports car way.
