OKay, what do you think about the situation? And how the hell could there be any legal ramifications to how reacted?
The black persons in the audience offended Richards by their words, and they were in turn offended by his; they even said "cracker-***". And have yet to appoligize for anything they did? IS this right?

The fact that Michael Richards got upset about being heckled is not even the issue, it's what he said. I get mad all the time, but I never resort to using racial slurs. I might call someone jerk or an idiot. If a white person calls a black person a n***** then somethings up. Heckling is a part of the game. When people are at the Apollo and they are up there singing or doing comedic stand up, people are allowed to boo and cheer. The performer is there to perform for the people. If someone doesn't like it, then they aren't getting what they want. IF Mr. Richards was professional, he should've ignored the hecklers and showed them how funny he could be. He should use his talent to show them. Words have power and unfortunately, the black community and many others will never forget this. Was it all worth it???

Two wrongs never make a right, but Richards face is known. While we scorn the famous, we have higher expectations of them. The people in the audience will be forgotten.
Richards responded like a rank amature.

As we know two wrongs do not make a right but to actually say they should get compensation for the reaction of Richards to their actions is lucridious.

It's all so pathetic. Who gives a rats @$$ if he called a n*ggar a n*ggar!?! I get called a fat ***** now and again too, you don't see me boo-hoo-ing over it. All people are entitled to say whatever they wish rather it's right or wrong. And believe it or not, there are worse things that a person could be besides a "racist" like a mass murderer or a child molester. People need to get over it!!!

I think he should not have said it but he was mad. Guys like Chris Rock make fun of people (racial jokes and comments) and use the "N" word all the time and nothing happens to him. It's not right that some get away with it and some are persecuted.

i know, he must be racist and if he doesnt like black people then he doesnt have to go near any black people and certainly doesnt have to talk to a black person. but he needs to control his anger issues and his people skills because he could lose some fans for his racial outburst.he should of kept his mouth shut and kept it to himself.

I like him because he put some rude people in their place. That word only gets the power that people give it....******
