A good place to search is writing.com. In their writing section, they have info about outlining, motivation, grammar, plot, and other things a writer needs to know. It's free and you're not required to share any part of your work unless you want to. There are also some great links.

Orson Scott Card also has a great site for writers called Uncle Orson's Writing Class. He writes sci-fi, but there's goodies for writers of all types.

These sites aren't specifically geared toward teenagers, so if you are looking for one that is I'd google it.

I would say DON'T try finding a webbie to help your story. There are tons of scams out there to steal your ideas. Keep your story SAFE and don't share it with people you don't really know. If you really want help visit your local library and check out a few writing novels. I really enjoyed The Elements and How to Write A D*mn Good Novel. They are very informative. Best of Luck!!!

www.fictionpress.com is a site where you can post your story up with millions of members(they also put theirs up too) and you talk back and forth like here's ans idea for so-and-so. You know constructive criticism. And it's all free. I'm trying to joining up too. It's also a great place if you finish it and no one locally has time to read it.
