The question above is saying I just got a PSP system two weeks ago and I used the provided cloth to wipe the screen down and the cloth gave the screen scratches, if I take it back to Walmart where I got it, will they exchange it for new PSP system. It has a 1 year warranty?

If you have the extended wear and tear protection warranty from Bust Buy they might. For future reference check out the PSP Screen Protectors in the twin pack on sale at Wal-Mart. I use them for all my device screens. I used the cleaning cloth that came with my PSP and found it to be very effective. Yours must have got sand or dirt in it to do the damage it did. always place the cloth back in the plastic bag it comes with or give it a good whipping before use to shake out any debris that could damage your equipment.

it depends where u got it like at Sam's club if it broke or got stolen u would show them the receipt and exchange it for a new one
